Beaver Trail Campground is located in northeast Michigans Ogemaw County. Whether you and your family enjoy outdoor sports, riding ORV and snowmobile trails, hunting, fishing or just relaxing, youll discover that there is always something to do at Beaver Trail Campground. We invite you to pitch your tent or park your RV and start enjoying your camping getaway.
During the 2022/2023 off-season, we worked on remodeling the Men’s and Women’s restrooms, reconfigured campsites to accommodate the larger size RV’s and large groups and invested in 300 Ton of gravel for our roadway system.
Explore nature with your family and friends, enjoy the peaceful country setting with plenty of area activities. Swim, kayak, canoe or paddle boat in the big pond, play on the beach or do some catch and release fishing. Play volleyball, enjoy the playground area, find a frog, grab a book from our Sharing Library or shoot some hoops. Our Community Area, located next to the pond, is a relaxing place to gather while enjoying the scenery.
After exploring the pristine wilderness and local landscapes, welcome back to Beaver Trail Campground, where you can revel in the feeling of renewal that comes with the outdoors. Roast some hot dogs and do some star gazing around the campfire. The relaxing atmosphere will allow you to escape the pressures of city life and enjoy your camping adventure. OPEN YEAR ROUND for all season activities! We offer large, clean sites, several of which are pull-thru sites. We host Family Reunions, Traveling Softball Tournament Families, Church Groups, Work Retreats, and more!
Beaver Trail Campground has 50 large available sites, 7 rustic, 10 Water & Electric, 9 sites 50 amp, 24 sites with 30 amp, some pull-thru. We offer a clean modern shower house, large shady or sunny sites and playground.
Make Beaver Trail Campground your home base as you explore the local area. Enjoy the nearby ORV and snowmobiling trails, inland lakes for fishing and boating, state land for hunting and great fall color tours. You may ride to the trails from our ATV/snowmobile friendly campground. Bring your kids to the Omegaw Nature Park, just over 2 miles away. Clear Lake, with a public boat launch, is one mile from the campground. Take a hike or bike ride at the Rifle River Recreation Area or Ogemaw Hills. There are numerous golf courses, antique shops, the West Branch Outlets, and be sure to visit our charming downtown.
